"As a result of my legs paining me, my feet swelling and the numbers on the scales rising, I knew I had to lose weight. Of course I was afraid to start an exercise plan due to fear of causing a heart attack. I heard about Warrior Bootcamp, contacted Jason explained my physical fitness or should I say, the lack of. He explained the techniques, started me off by taking baby steps and now I have so much energy. Thanks to his encouragement and understanding I am very happy to say after 8 weeks of changing my eating habits and attending my kickboxing classes three times a week, I have lost 22 pounds. Never in a million years I would have seen myself kickboxing, but now, I can't see me without it. We all have stress in our lives "from time to time" and kickboxing is just what the Doctor has ordered!!"

"I started Warrior Boot Camp in July 2013 and as of October 2013 I'm down four dress sizes and lost approximately 35 pounds. The workouts are fun, offer wonderful stress reduction and the instructor is awesome with lots of experiences - adapting the workouts to all body sizes and fitness levels. Warrior camp is a boot camp style program that combines three different styles of training.
1) Functional Fitness 2) Martial Arts 3) Yoga
Warrior Bootcamp (fitness, martial arts, yoga)
Mon, Wed, Fri 5:15pm - 6:00pm (women's only)
Saturday 10am - 11am (co-ed)
Unlimited Classes $100 (taxes incl) / 4 weeks
$12 / Drop-in per class
